How can I track my order?

At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom. However, we’re exploring options for expanding to other regions in the future!

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. After processing (which can take 1-4 business days), you can expect delivery within 5-12 business days. Shipping is always free within the UK!
Returns & Refunds
1. Can I return an item?

2. Who pays for return shipping?
If you’ve changed your mind about a purchase, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs. However, if your item is defective or damaged, Olivia-Shop will cover the return shipping.
